As a young chef working for a catering company at Sparks in Bruxelles-Centrale, I've always loved cooking at home and pleasing my friends for a very long time. Having worked for 9 years in HORECA, mainly in bars, I turned to the stove in the summer of 2023 and haven't left it since. I hope to please my guests with a generous cuisine, full of flavors but always balanced. I'm also a musician and DJ outside work when time permits.
