Hello! My name is Mathias (or the matzo ball) and I've been a home chef for 1 and a half years. I've been cooking for as long as I can remember and have had the good fortune to be influenced by different cultures (Mediterranean, Italian, Japanese, Oriental, ...). I'm now self-employed and work as much on home dinners as I do as a workshop leader/teacher or as an organizer of dinners in heritage/historical places.
